I obtained my PhD in Developmental Psychology at the University of Portsmouth (UK) within the MSCA project TESIS (Towards an Embodied Science of Intersubjectivity). My researcher mainly focuses on the development of social cognition in daily routine interactions as a participatory sense-making process, and particularly how socio-cultural practices and contexts (e.g. outdoor) shape social learning experiences. My methods span from quantitative to observational and ethnographic.

I'm the PI of the Wallenberg AI-Humanities and Society (WASP-HS) project: Situated and embodied approaches to interactions with autonomous systems. The project aims to adopt a multidisciplinary analytical approach to study the interactional dynamics between humans and social robots, e.g. how they can develop fine-grained skills for joint action and sharing of meanings, e.g. by reciprocally expressing and perceiving emotions, or establishing and maintaining behavioural attunement.
