My interest in the practical and theoretical implications of decision-making processes, coupled with my desire to test and measure the impact of interventions, led me to become a doctoral student focusing on decision making. Previously, I helped organisations worldwide translate empirical insights into effective behavioural solutions, including the Behaviour Change Agency in South Africa and Next Step in the United States of America.
Currently, I am investigating how meta-attributes affect decision making and how to develop scalable interventions to improve waste sorting in public settings. The latter in collaboration with Annika Wallin and Philip Pärnamets.
I hold a Master of Science in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Utrecht University and a Master of Arts in Cognitive Science from Lund University. Prior to that, I completed studies at Copenhagen Business School, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and the University of Copenhagen.
