InAs/GaSb core-shell nanowires grown on Si substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition
We report the growth of InAs/GaSb core-shell heterostructure nanowires with smooth sidewalls on Si substrates using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition with no assistance from foreign catalysts.
