Skippa socker och stärkelse – lika effektivt vid IBS som rådande rekommendation

Symtomen hos patienter med mag-/tarmsjukdomen IBS förbättrades lika mycket av att äta mindre socker och stärkelse som för dem som följde FODMAP – den idag rekommenderade dieten. Defekta spermier dubblar risken för havandeskapsförgiftning
