Sarkomgruppen i Lund utreder och behandlar patienter med sarkom och Soft tissue sarcomas constitute a heterogeneous group of rare tumours with some 50 histopathologic types with different clinical characteristics and prognosis. Two thirds are highly malignant tumours and one third of the patients die due to metastatic disease.
