EFL är en icke-vinstdrivande stiftelse som arbetar med vidareutbildning inom Ekonomihögskolan vid Lunds universitet. Stiftelsen grundades 1969 av professorer och lärare vid Företagsekonomiska institutionen. Styrelsen består idag av en huvudman: Ekonomihögskolan vid Lunds universitet.
