Docent i kognitionsvetenskap och vetenskaplig föreståndare vid Lunds Universitets Primatforskningsstation Furuvik där vi studerar kognition hos schimpanser och sumatraorangutanger.
Förutom ett generellt intresse av människans evolution och apors beteende är intresset fokuserat på frågor som rör människoapors föreställningsförmågor. Detta har konkret studerats i t.ex. gorillors och bonoboers förståelse av bilder, och för tillfället i diverse nya projekt. Se nedan.
Jag undervisar på kurserna Djurkognition och Teorier och modeller i kognitionsvetenskap.
