Quantitation of immunoglobulin G by electrophoresis in agarose gel containing antibodies
It is shown that the method of protein quantitation by electrophoresis in antibody-containing agarose introduced by Laurell in 1966 can, if slightly modified, be used for quantitation of polyclonal human IgG.
