Här hittar du information om hantering vid avslag på ansökan om sjukpenning. Anställda som erhåller sjukpenning från Försäkringskassan erhåller sjukpenningtillägg från arbetsgivaren.  Den anställde kan dock få avslag på sjukpenning från Försäkringskassan, trots att personen är fortsatt sjukskriven. Vid ett sådant beslut har den anställde inte heller rätt till sjukpenningtillägg från arbetsgivaren.
