Ny lokal förhandlingsordning klar för Saco-S  Den 15 oktober tecknade Lunds universitet ett lokalt avtal med arbetstagarorganisationen Saco-S, om principer för hur lönerevision ska genomföras för medlemmarna.  Parterna har kommit överens om en förlängd revisionsperiod där förhandlingsordningen gäller från och med den 1 oktober 2020 till och med den 30 september 2022. Utbildning i Kompetensbaserad rekrytering samt introducerande halvdagskurs i jämställdhetsbudgetering i statliga myndigheter. Sektionen HR har nu lanserat ett digitalt ärendehanteringssystem. Syftet är att fånga upp vanliga frågor och utveckla HR-stödet till verksamheter och anställda.
