When we apply PD in contexts where some of the users involved are weak, ill, or have impairments, this assumed equality can no longer be an ideal. This article documents new sightings of the leafcutting bee Megachile lagopoda (L.) in Åhus, Scania, Sweden on cotton thistle in a pine forest. The importance of areas of undeveloped land as habitat for rare species and the dispersal range of the bee are discussed.
